1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, creating an account, requesting a quote, or placing an order with Soneri Trading LLC, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Business Eligibility

All products and services are provided on a B2B basis only. By placing an order, you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a legally registered business and have authority to enter into binding agreements.

3. Product Information & Accuracy

Product images, descriptions, specifications, and pricing are provided for reference only. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free. Variations in packaging, labeling, or appearance may occur.

4. Marketplace & Regulatory Compliance

Soneri Trading LLC does not guarantee that any product is approved for sale on Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Walmart, or any other marketplace. Buyers are fully responsible for:

  • Product compliance and certifications
  • Marketplace listing approval
  • Safety, labeling, and regulatory requirements
  • Import/export regulations and customs clearance

5. Pricing & Quotes

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Shipping charges, taxes, customs duties, insurance, and marketplace fees are not included unless explicitly stated in writing.

6. Payment Terms (ACH / Wire Transfer Only)

Soneri Trading LLC accepts payment exclusively via ACH transfer or bank wire transfer.

  • No credit cards, PayPal, checks, or cash are accepted.
  • Full payment must be received and cleared before order processing.
  • Buyers are responsible for all bank fees, intermediary charges, and currency conversion costs.
  • Failure to submit payment may result in order cancellation.

7. Order Processing & Shipping

Order processing times vary depending on product availability and order size. Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title transfer to the buyer once goods are handed to the carrier.

8. Dropshipping Orders

For dropshipping orders, Soneri Trading LLC ships products on behalf of the buyer. The buyer remains responsible for:

  • End-customer communication
  • Customer service and refunds
  • Marketplace disputes and chargebacks

9. Limitation of Liability

Soneri Trading LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of marketplace accounts, or reputational damage.

10. Indemnification

Buyers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Soneri Trading LLC from any claims, losses, or damages arising from resale activities, misuse of products, or regulatory violations.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
