Refunds and Returns Policy

1. Wholesale Policy – All Sales Final

Due to the wholesale nature of our business, all sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to purchase.

2. Inspection Upon Delivery

Buyers must inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.

3. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and must include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of products and packaging

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in claim denial.

4. Return Authorization

Returns are accepted only with prior written authorization from Soneri Trading LLC. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued via ACH or wire transfer only
  • Refunds are sent to the original paying bank account
  • Shipping, handling, and bank fees are non-refundable

6. Non-Returnable Orders

The following are non-returnable:

  • Dropshipping orders
  • Clearance or liquidation items
  • Custom or special orders
